Mise \u00e0 niveau de plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de blocage dans un b\u00e2timent administratif de la r\u00e9gion zurichoise.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le b\u00e2timent existe d\u00e9j\u00e0, apr\u00e8s le contr\u00f4le de la police du feu locale, certaines portes ont d\u00fb \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es de syst\u00e8mes de blocage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La situation a d’abord \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e sur place avec notre technicien et un \u00e9lectricien. Car les situations de portes ne sont pas simples. Une porte s’ouvre exactement contre une fen\u00eatre, une autre porte s’ouvre dans un coin, mais pas directement contre le mur. Les portes ne s’ouvrent pas compl\u00e8tement jusqu’au mur en raison de la poign\u00e9e et de la configuration des lieux. L’\u00e9cart entre le mur et la porte doit donc \u00eatre combl\u00e9 \u00e0 l’aide de l’\u00e9lectroaimant et de la plaque d’ancrage correspondants. L’ouverture d’une autre porte n’a pas pos\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me, mais la place disponible pour la centrale RZ-24 \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e. De m\u00eame, les c\u00e2bles ont d\u00fb \u00eatre tir\u00e9s jusqu’aux endroits correspondants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la visite, l’\u00e9lectricien a pos\u00e9 les c\u00e2bles aux endroits ad\u00e9quats et notre technicien a pu installer les ventouses \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, les contre-plaques, les d\u00e9tecteurs de fum\u00e9e et la centrale RZ-24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les portes restent ainsi toujours ouvertes, ce n’est qu’en cas d’incendie que le d\u00e9clenchement du d\u00e9tecteur de fum\u00e9e les lib\u00e8re et qu’elles se ferment. Si les portes doivent \u00eatre ferm\u00e9es pour l’entretien annuel ou pour une autre raison, elles peuvent \u00eatre ferm\u00e9es via un bouton sur la centrale ou via un bouton de d\u00e9clenchement sur la ventouse \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans les nouvelles constructions, les ventouses \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques et les contre-plaques peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9es plus facilement et plus discr\u00e8tement. La plupart du temps, elles sont install\u00e9es \u00e0 hauteur de t\u00eate. L’alimentation \u00e9lectrique est \u00e9galement install\u00e9e dans le mur et non sur celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les syst\u00e8mes de blocage maintiennent les portes et portails ouverts en fonctionnement normal et veillent en m\u00eame temps \u00e0 ce qu’ils se ferment automatiquement en cas d’incendie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En cas d’incendie, les cl\u00f4tures coupe-feu garantissent qu’un incendie ne peut pas se propager librement dans tout le b\u00e2timent. C’est pourquoi les portes et portails dans les murs de coupe-feu doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9s et homologu\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet et, conform\u00e9ment aux prescriptions, \u00eatre \u00e0 fermeture automatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans de nombreux b\u00e2timents, il est toutefois n\u00e9cessaire de maintenir (temporairement) ouverte une fermeture coupe-feu ou pare-fum\u00e9e. Si une cale ou un dispositif similaire est utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet, les portes et portails ne peuvent pas remplir leur fonction en cas d’incendie ! Des syst\u00e8mes de blocage doivent donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cette fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le feu et la fum\u00e9e peuvent \u00eatre extr\u00eamement dangereux. Si un incendie se d\u00e9clare dans un b\u00e2timent, il peut se propager \u00e0 une vitesse fulgurante si des mesures pr\u00e9ventives ad\u00e9quates ne sont pas prises.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
